INTRODUCTION:

Value-TABLE mobile application is a new generation property appraisal tool covering the whole appraisal process – with extensive functionality based on the perfect derivation of valid regulations, capable usage of relevant data, full support of home inspections, simple application of classical methods, learning algorithms of statistical models, built-in knowledge of long-term experiences, and various features of mobile devices, like

● managing the appraisal tasks by the customers and appraiser companies / experts,

● listing the properties with pre-known data in table and map views,

● filling the home inspection forms with drawing floorplans,

● taking pictures and videos with defining GPS coordinates,

● recording voice-notes and scanning documents,

● registering and selecting the comparables with adjustments,

● implementing the classical methods for inspectional appraisal by experts,

● providing the statistical algorithms for automated valuation by models,

● generating the appraisal report and performance statistics,

as highlighted examples, altogether making the appraisal work much easier and faster, in addition more mobile, reliable, efficient, and even attractive.

Value-TABLE can operate on Android and iOs as well as on Windows 10 platforms, either online or offline mode, supported by its own server unit with database, work-flow, processing and reporting services, or integrated to the existing desktop / server appraisal solution of a customer with similar services.

Value-TABLE was especially designed for the real estate mortgages, but could also be applied for other purposes like portfolio appreciations, legal cases and sales contracts.

Addition:

Value-TABLE mobile application was certainly implemented within the guidelines of the Value-CENTRE appraisal concept for mortgage related properties.

Connection:

Value-TABLE mobile application is completely integrated to our previously developed PRAEMIUM real estate registration, appraisal and market value monitoring system, and fully cooperative with our Finance-TABLE financial operator mobile application.

Extension:

Value-TABLE mobile application will be shortly enhanced by a revolutionary innovation establishing the automated home inspection (with the primary purpose of making the statistical valuation even more preciously), that we would like to delightedly announce already in advance, with services, like

● identifying the conditions of the properties,

● assigning the adjustments to the comparables,

● defining the areas in the floorplans,

as processing with artificial intelligence based on the pictures, measures and coordinates were taken by the property owner (without the appraiser being present) using the dedicated release of our mobile application that provides a controlled and certified framework for displaying the true reality about the actual property.
